Expertise

SILIOS Technologies utilises its skills to offer a complete range of services in optical microtechnology:

Design and simulation

We study your technical requirements to design and simulate optimised optical systems.

We have at our disposal software tools in Integrated Optics, Diffractive Optics and Mask design, FDTD algorithm, Ray tracing and thin films.

Manufacturing

We manufacture customised micro-optical components to meet your specifications: planar waveguide components, Diffractive Optical Elements, and micro-optics fabrication based structures.
We can provide prototypes and small or medium
volumes.

Test and characterisation

We test and characterise optical integrated components over the C+L band: insertion loss, polarisation sensitivity, fibre/waveguide coupling loss, propagation loss, minimum radius of curvature.
We design and assemble micro optical benches for use by our customers: laser systems for guided or free space optics and visualisation systems.
